Using this website
Echo Motion, LLC (“we,” “us”) runs this website to share information about our adaptive fitness programs, funding options and nonprofit work. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Please do not misuse the site. For example, do not try to break into it, interfere with how it works, send spam through our forms or copy large parts of it for other websites.
Our content
The text, photos, logos and graphics on this site belong to Echo Motion, LLC or the people who gave us permission to use them. Photos of athletes are shared with consent. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. You are welcome to link to any page.
Our services
The information on this site is general. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from your doctor, therapist or care team. Talk with a qualified health professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition.
Programs, schedules, hours and funding details can change. We confirm program details, any costs and what your funding covers during your free consultation, before training starts. Training sessions are covered by our separate enrollment forms and policies, including any waivers you sign at the gym. Confirm enrollment forms and waiver
Regional Center and Self-Determination Program funding is decided by your Regional Center, not by us. We help with the request, but we cannot guarantee approval.
Donations
Donations are processed by Zeffy and are subject to Zeffy’s terms. Echo Motion Fitness is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (Tax ID 42-3305486), and donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Links to other sites
Our site links to other websites, such as Regional Centers, community organizations, Instagram and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Echo Motion Fitness is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, this website or relying on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
